Your Survey Options
We offer two options for conducting your U.S. News survey: either as part of a comprehensive resident satisfaction survey or as a stand alone survey. Both options provide a streamlined process that does not involve collecting resident and family e-mail addresses, a task that has proven to be challenging for many communities. Our methods facilitate higher response rates than are typically achieved by sending out e-mail survey invites.
Option 1: U.S. News Questions Integrated into the Sensight Resident Satisfaction Survey

Option 2: Stand Alone U.S. News Survey
For communities preferring to conduct the U.S. News survey by itself. This survey can be conducted using one of two methods:
- Paper surveys – $6 per survey distributed up to 4,000 residents ($1,200 minimum). The easiest method for conducting your survey. Paper surveys are bulk shipped to the community and distributed to residents who mail their completed survey back to us in a postage paid envelope.
- Online surveys – $4 per survey distributed up to 4,000 residents ($1,080 minimum). Print survey invitations and distribute them to your residents. Residents go online to enter their unique passsword and take the survey. This bypasses the need to collect email addresses, ensuring privacy for residents and less preparation work for you.
